If vehicles are waved in immediately without any check, log or quick glance, it can suggest a very loose approach to security. On the other hand, if there’s at least some basic process—asking which flat, checking tags, keeping a register—that shows the guards are used to being alert.
You don’t need airport-level checking, but complete casualness is also not ideal. Watching how guards treat taxis, deliveries and unknown cars for a few minutes tells you a lot more than any printed “Security is present 24/7” line.
